Appointment Reminders
Everyone is busy these days, and it’s easy to forget you have a dental appointment. We are able to remind you about your appointment by sending out text and e-mail reminders. Our system is pretty flexible. You can respond by typing C, Yes, Confirmed….even by sending the thumbs up emoji ????! Just please make sure you respond.
We do have a Cancellation Policy. We ask that you give us at least 48 Business Hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. As a new patient, if you call to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 Business Hours notification, there is a chance your appointment may not be rescheduled.
Paperwork
Paperwork will be sent to you by text/e-mail. There is no need to print anything out! Just complete the paperwork in the format that is easiest for you, and then click SUBMIT to send it right back to us.
Digital isn’t your thing? No worries! You can always arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to fill out paper forms in the office.
Dental Records & X-rays
Having your dental records sent to us is completely up to you. However, there are some X-rays your insurance does not cover annually, and you may not be eligible for new ones at the time of your appointment. If we see you are not eligible, we will contact you to see if you would like to have your records sent to us. If the X-rays are of diagnostic quality, we will use those X-rays at no additional out-of-pocket cost to you.
