Dr. Waite begins with a thorough examination to determine the health of your health. We are mindful of aesthetics and function in all that we do, from simple treatments to complex restorations.
Teeth Whitening for Instant Improvement
In-office whitening is ideal for anyone wanting immediate results. The entire procedure takes place in about an hour, delivering stunning results.
In this process, a protective gel is applied to your gums to protect the soft tissue. The whitening gel is then applied to your teeth, and a UV light is used to enhance the action of the agent. Finally, we take impressions of your teeth to create custom trays for at-home touch-ups and give you instructions for keeping your smile bright. The result is dramatically whiter teeth that will last for years.
Take-Home Tooth Whitening
Alternatively, you can choose to whiten your teeth gradually with our take-home kits. We give you custom-fit trays and detailed instructions to ensure your success and safety. Your at-home whitening treatments take 30-60 minutes up to twice a day, or overnight, depending on the level of sensitivity. With this method, you can stop whitening your teeth as soon as you are satisfied, giving you complete control over your results.
Perfecting Your Smile
We offer a choice of two different aesthetically-pleasing materials to fill your teeth. Depending on your needs, either tooth-colored fillings or porcelain restorations may be better suited for you.
While white composite may be less noticeable than other filling materials, they may not be ideal for large cavities as they may chip or wear over time. They can also become stained from coffee, tea, or tobacco. In this case, a porcelain inlay or onlay will be your best option.
Veneers or Crowns? We Will Help You Decide
Get a permanent smile refresh with veneers and crowns. You can reshape, recolor, and even cover mildly crooked teeth using these methods. With veneers, much less tooth structure is removed. Veneers are recommended for teeth that have large fillings or little tooth structure. If you’d prefer a complete smile overhaul, capping your teeth with crowns can get you the results you desire.
Dr. Waite and his staff are eager to help you achieve your smile goals. Your dream smile could be just a treatment or two away. Call us when you’re ready, or use our convenient online appointment scheduling system.
